At Waka, we're committed to getting your revolutionary folding foil board to you as quickly and safely as possible. We understand that you're eager to get on the water, and we've designed our shipping policies with that excitement in mind.
Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)
Standard Shipping (FREE)
- Cost: FREE for all boards and bags
- Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Additional $50
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they are received by our shipping service
- You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your pre-order ships
- Estimated shipping for pre-orders begins early summer 2025 for North American customers
Shipping Destinations
- Standard and expedited shipping options are available for addresses within the continental United States
- We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Pre-orders will be processed in the order they are received once inventory becomes available
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays

Delivery Information

Weather Delays & Other Issues
- Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances
- We will communicate any known shipping delays as soon as possible
- Waka is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery if possible
- Document any damage with photos before opening the package
- Contact us immediately at info@waka.surf if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
Address Changes

- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipping
