At WAKA, we're committed to getting your folding foil board to you as quickly and safely as possible. We understand you're eager to get on the water, and we've designed our shipping policies with that excitement in mind.
Pre-Order Free Shipping
Reserve a board during any pre-order window and we'll ship it FREE when stock arrives at your regional warehouse. The flat shipping fee below applies once boards are in stock and ready to ship immediately.
United States Shipping

Standard Shipping
- Cost: Flat $100 USD on boards and board + bag purchases (not applicable to standalone bag purchases)
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Flat $175 USD on boards and board + bag purchases
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships

- Cost: Flat $100 USD on boards and board + bag purchases
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days

New Zealand Shipping

Canada Shipping
- Cost: Flat CA$100 on boards and board + bag purchases (FREE on pre-orders)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from our Montreal warehouse
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Status: Pre-order window open. First Canadian stock expected late June 2026.
United Kingdom Shipping
- Cost: Flat £100 on boards and board + bag purchases (FREE on pre-orders)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from our EU warehouse
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Status: Pre-order window open. First UK stock expected late July 2026.
Europe Shipping
- Cost: Flat €100 on boards and board + bag purchases (FREE on pre-orders)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from our EU warehouse, once boards arrive
- Tracking: Provided via email once your order ships
- Status: Through 30 June 2026, EU customers can order from our US store with international shipping. From 1 July 2026, EU pre-orders open on our EU store with first stock expected late July 2026.
Asia & Other International
We are not currently shipping direct to other international regions. Thailand customers may arrange manufacturer pickup by advance coordination — please contact us at info@waka.surf to arrange.

Standalone Bag Shipping
Shipping for standalone bag orders (Glide Bag, Rolling Waka) is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The flat board / board + bag rates above do not apply to bag-only orders. Pre-order free shipping also does not apply to standalone bags.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-ordered items ship FREE — no shipping charge when boards arrive at the regional warehouse
- You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your pre-order ships
- Shipping location varies by region — orders ship from the nearest WAKA warehouse
- Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received once inventory becomes available
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in your region
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order ships
- You can also check your order status by logging into your account at waka.surf

Delivery Information
- A signature may be required for delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your package
- WAKA is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
Weather Delays & Other Issues
- Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances
- We will communicate any known shipping delays as soon as possible
- WAKA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery if possible
- Document any damage with photos before opening the package
- Contact us immediately at info@waka.surf if your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@waka.surf
- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipping
