1-Year Warranty

At Waka we take tremendous pride in the design and manufacturing of our unique folding boards. A lot of effort has been implemented in the design and material selection to ensure the board is as strong and durable as possible without compromising on weight or performance to ensure a long life of enjoying the board on the water and traveling to fun destinations. We stand by the quality of the board and proudly provide a 1-year limited warranty from manufacturing errors. 

If for any reason you feel unsatisfied about the quality of the board please contact us before returning the board so we can best determine the issue and fastest resolution for you.

Warranty Policy

All boards come with a limited 1 year warranty against manufacturing errors. Warranty is only available to the original buyer, any re-sale of the product voids warranty.

Excluded from warranty: Damage from normal wear and normal usage. Damage from any impact, including hard landings on the water. Although our boards are made very strong, we cannot guaranty damage from excessive jumping. Always make sure you have enough support from your wing when landing jumps. Do not use the boards in water that is shallower than knee deep. Foil box damage or damage to the connecting mechanisms can occur from hitting the bottom with excessive force. Do not leave the board in a hot car or for long periods exposed to a hot sun. Do not fold or store the board in a folded position with foot straps installed or with any object that would hinder or put undue force on the hinge mechanism . Ensure you keep the board inside protective sleeve when not in use.
