Shipping & Delivery

Flat-rate shipping, free on every pre-order, sent from regional warehouses close to where you ride.

We built the Glide to travel, so getting one to you should be the easy part. Here's exactly where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and how to follow your board to the door — in plain language, the way we'd explain it on the dock.

Shipping is a flat 100 in your local currency on a board or board-plus-bag order — and it's free on every pre-order.

 

We ship in stock now to the US, Australia and New Zealand. Canada, the UK and Europe are open for pre-order, shipping from regional warehouses as stock lands.

 

We process orders within 1–2 business days, then dispatch from the warehouse closest to you. Expedited delivery is available at checkout.

 

We'll email a tracking link as soon as your board ships, and you can follow your order any time at my.waka.surf.

 

For most markets the price includes the taxes due. Where customs duties or import taxes apply (typically the EU and UK), they're set by your local authority and may be collected before delivery.

01Where we ship

We ship the WAKA Glide and accessories direct to riders in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the EU and the UK, dispatched from regional warehouses close to where you ride. Prices and shipping are charged in your local currency — USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR or GBP.

Riding somewhere we don't list yet? Ask Viento or drop us a line — we'll tell you honestly whether we can get a board to you.

02Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat 100 in your local currency to every market we serve — one simple figure, calculated at checkout. There are no oversized-baggage surprises and no per-kilo maths.

Free on every pre-order — reserve a board ahead of stock landing and we cover the shipping entirely.

03Dispatch & delivery times

In-stock boards leave the warehouse within a day or two of your order. From there, transit depends on where you ride:

  • US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand — most riders have their Glide within a week
  • Europe & the UK — usually a little longer, as orders clear customs
  • Pre-orders — ship free, and ship first, the moment boards land

We'll always keep you posted along the way. No rush from us; just so you know where things are.

04Tracking your order

Once your board is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order any time at my.waka.surf — and your board's registered the moment you scan the QR code on it.

05Customs, duties & taxes

For most markets, the price you see includes the taxes due. Where customs duties or import taxes apply — typically the EU and UK — they're determined by your local authority and may be collected before delivery.

If anything looks unexpected on a customs notice, contact us first. We'll help you make sense of it and sort out the next step.

06Packed to travel

Every Glide ships in its insulated day bag — padded protection for the journey to you, and for every mission after. For riders who fly often, the Rolling WAKA travel system carries the folded board, foil and wings together as normal checked baggage.

That's the whole idea — fold it down, check it in, and unfold it on the far side. No roof rack required.
